Shipping policy

Shipping is quoted separately

Because my work comes in many sizes and formats, from small paper prints to large original paintings, shipping is not charged at checkout. After you place your order, I'll email you a shipping quote based on the size, format, and destination of your order, along with a secure link to pay. Your order ships once shipping has been paid.

Where I ship

I currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., email me and I'll do my best to help.

Production times

Prints are made to order and many items are available for pre-order. The expected production time is listed on each product page. I'll keep you updated by email if anything changes.

Original paintings

Original paintings are large and are packed and insured individually. Please contact me before purchasing an original so we can confirm shipping options and costs for your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, email me at roslyndoyle21@gmail.com and I'll make it right. See the Return and refund policy for details.
